This is a good thing as the ones that fade were only your drinking buddies and not your true friends.

Ive had friendships lost due to sobriety, some that have strengthened and have made a ton of new friends by joining sober groups. never have I had so much fun since finding my sober tribe.

I don't know a single person in long term sobriety that regrets it
